Buc-ee's is scoping out a new location in Kansas City: Here's what we know so far

Buc-ee's, the Texas-based supersized convenience store chain, is planning to expand into Kansas City, Kansas. The company has filed a preliminary plat for rezoning a 57-acre property near the Kansas Speedway from agricultural to commercial land. This move marks Buc-ee’s potential first venture into Kansas, following a recent expansion into Missouri. The area is also attracting other major developments, including a Mattel-themed amusement park and a new Margaritaville Hotel.
