Can’t see the northern lights? Try using your phone camera

During a recent media briefing, experts from NOAA’s Space Weather Prediction Center highlighted that the upcoming powerful solar storm might make auroras visible as far south as Alabama and Northern California. They advised using phone cameras to capture the northern lights, which can be more sensitive to light than human eyes. Adjusting camera settings like "night mode" and using a tripod can enhance the chances of capturing these elusive lights, even in places as far south as Florida or Central America.
