Dell Inspiron 14 Plus revealed to be joining Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 and Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 in Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite refresh

The Dell Inspiron 14 Plus is set to join the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 and Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 in being updated with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite chipset. These devices, including consumer versions of the Surface Laptop 6 and Surface Pro 10, will feature new chipsets, distinguishing them from their business counterparts which use Intel processors.

The Inspiron 14 Plus 7441, spotted in Geekbench listings, will be equipped with the Snapdragon X Elite and 16 GB of RAM. Despite the advanced chipset, preliminary performance tests show lower than expected results, which could indicate it was running in a low power mode during testing. Microsoft is expected to reveal its updated devices next month, potentially leading the release of Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus laptops.
