Elon Musk’s X updates policies to formally allow adult content

X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, has updated its policies to formally allow adult content under Elon Musk's leadership2. The revised policy states that users can share sexualized content as long as it is consensual and clearly labeled. The platform believes that sexual expression, whether visual or written, can be a legitimate form of artistic expression. However, exposure to graphic material will be restricted for children and adult users who choose not to see it. Users are not allowed to share content promoting exploitation, nonconsent, objectification, sexualization or harm to minors, and obscene behaviors.
