For The First Time Since 2014, Assassin's Creed Is Skipping PS4/Xbox One

Ubisoft has announced "Assassin’s Creed Shadows," marking the first time since 2014 that a main entry in the series will not be available on PS4 and Xbox One. The new game, set to release in November, will be available only on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, Mac, and Amazon Luna. This decision highlights a shift towards newer technology platforms, ending a decade-long practice of releasing major Assassin’s Creed games on the older console generations.
