Frontier Airlines, stuck in a money-losing slump, is dumping change fees and making other moves

Frontier Airlines, experiencing a financial downturn, is eliminating change fees on select tickets and introducing four fare classes to attract more travelers. These changes, effective from Friday, aim to simplify the ticket buying process. Additionally, Frontier is reinstating phone support for customers close to their flight time. This strategy shift comes as the airline tries to recover from significant losses since 2019 and a failed merger with Spirit Airlines.
