Google will let you create personalized AI chatbots

Google is enhancing its Gemini AI with a new feature called "Gems," enabling users to create custom AI chatbots. These personalized chatbots can perform specific tasks and exhibit distinct personalities, tailored to user preferences like a gym buddy or a creative writing guide. The feature, which echoes the functionality of OpenAI’s GPT Store, will soon be available to Gemini Advanced subscribers, allowing them to easily set up and deploy these tailored assistants with a single click.
