Hades 2 will likely be in early access until 2025, with first big update to add new enemies, maps and features

Hades 2, the sequel to Supergiant's popular roguelite, is currently in early access and expected to remain so until 2025. Creative director Greg Kasavin shared in an interview with PC Gamer that the game, featuring new protagonist Melinoë, emphasizes fast-paced spellcasting and area-of-effect attacks. While already polished, the game will see continuous updates, including a significant upcoming update that will introduce new enemies, maps, and features, with smaller patches focusing on gameplay refinement.
