Apple's new M4 iPad Pro models vary in CPU cores and RAM based on storage capacity. The 256GB and 512GB versions feature three high-performance CPU cores and 8GB of RAM, while the 1TB and 2TB models include four high-performance cores and 16GB of RAM. This marks the first time Apple has linked CPU performance with storage capacity in iPads, a strategy that also helps in utilizing silicon with minor imperfections through a process known as "binning." All models come with a 10-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine.
