Man charged with killing Houston attorney has surrendered

Anthony Martin Landry, 57, has surrendered to Houston police for the murder of attorney Jeffrey Limmer, 46. The incident occurred after Limmer attempted to defuse an argument between Landry and McDonald's employees in west Houston. Following a physical altercation, Landry retrieved a gun from his car and fatally shot Limmer.
