More than 16000 pounds of ground beef sold at Walmart recalled over E. coli risk

Over 16,000 pounds of ground beef from Cargill Meat Solutions, sold at Walmart, have been recalled due to potential E. coli contamination. The affected products were produced on April 26 and 27 and distributed across various eastern U.S. states. No illness has been reported yet, but consumers are advised to either discard or return the contaminated beef.
