More than 16,000 pounds of ground beef sold at Walmart have been recalled due to potential E. coli contamination, according to the US Department of Agriculture. The affected beef, sourced from Cargill Meat Solutions, was produced on April 26 and 27 and includes several types of ground beef products. Consumers are advised to either dispose of the beef or return it for a refund, as the E. coli strain involved can cause severe health issues, particularly in children and older adults.
