National clothing retailer to close at Destiny USA after filing for bankruptcy

Rue21, a national clothing retailer based in Pittsburgh, has filed for bankruptcy and will close all 540 of its stores, including the one at Destiny USA in Syracuse, NY. The closures are expected to occur within four to six weeks as the company also plans to sell its intellectual property.
