Nearly 8 tons of ground beef sold at Walmart recalled over possible E. coli contamination

Cargill Meat Solutions is recalling approximately 16,000 pounds of ground beef, distributed to Walmart stores nationwide, due to potential E. coli contamination. The recall includes six different beef products, all marked with establishment number "EST. 86P." Consumers are advised to discard or return the affected products. No illnesses have been reported yet, but E. coli can cause severe health issues, including kidney failure in children.
