North Carolina child's 'monster in the closet' was in fact 50000 bees in the wall

In North Carolina, a toddler's claims of a "monster" in her closet led to the discovery of over 50,000 bees building a hive inside her bedroom wall. The bees, which had been constructing the hive for about eight months, were revealed using a thermal camera after initial confusion and fear from the family.
