

Barry McCarthy, the outgoing CEO of Peloton, has agreed to a transition deal where he will serve in an advisory role until December 31, 2024. During this period, he will be compensated with a total of $175,000, along with a $3 million stock option and a $1.25 million final payment plus healthcare benefits at the transition's end. Meanwhile, Peloton's interim CEOs, Karen Boone and Chris Bruzzo, will receive $150,000 per month and $450,000 in restricted stock units, without additional board member compensation.
