PPSSPP game emulator now available on the iOS App Store

Following Apple's updated guidelines allowing game emulators, PPSSPP, a popular PSP emulator, has been officially released on the iOS App Store. Previously available on various platforms including Android and Windows, PPSSPP can now be downloaded by iOS users without the need for jailbreaking or sideloading.

Despite the approval of game emulators like PPSSPP on the App Store, iOS still faces technical restrictions such as lack of JIT compilation support, impacting game performance. Alongside PPSSPP, other emulators like RetroArch and Gamma have also launched, broadening the gaming options available to iPhone and iPad users.
