The product, "LEAN APCO BRAND MEATS ALL-NATURAL PREMIUM CHORIZO," may contain pieces of plastic and metal. Consumers are advised to discard or return the affected product, which has a best-by date of May 12. No injuries or illnesses have been reported so far.
