Samsung is set to equip the Galaxy S25 with the Exynos 2500 chip, built on their advanced 3nm process. This move follows the satisfactory performance of the Exynos 2400 in the Galaxy S24, marking a significant improvement from previous iterations. The Exynos 2500 aims to match the efficiency of Snapdragon processors, leveraging a new Gate All Around transistor structure for enhanced power efficiency and reduced heat. The Galaxy S25, anticipated for a January 2025 launch, will also feature a new design, improved camera, and extended battery life.
