Samsung's new, cheaper OLED TVs are now available to buy

Samsung has launched its new S85D OLED TV series in the US, offering a more affordable option in the OLED market with sizes ranging from 55 to 77 inches. These TVs, positioned below Samsung's flagship S95D and mid-range S90D series, feature the NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor, 4K AI Upscaling, and support Pantone Validated Colors. They also include four HDMI 2.1 ports and built-in speakers with advanced audio features.
The S85D series starts at $1,699.99 for the 55-inch model, with the 65-inch and 77-inch models priced at $2,099.99 and $3,399.99, respectively. Additionally, Samsung announced new sizes for the S90D series, which are tailored for gamers with features like a 144Hz refresh rate and FreeSync Premium VRR. This expansion into more budget-friendly and diverse size options reflects Samsung's strategy to make OLED TVs more accessible while maintaining high performance and quality.
