Spotify made its own font, and it's going everywhere inside the app

Spotify has introduced a new custom typeface called Spotify Mix, replacing the Circular font across its app and desktop platforms. Developed with Dinamo Typefaces, this sans-serif font merges various styles and incorporates sound wave shapes to enhance its unique aesthetic. Spotify plans to implement this variable font across all visual elements, including logos and marketing materials, to maintain a cohesive yet flexible design. The rollout will begin with Latin-based scripts and Vietnamese, extending globally over the next few weeks.

The name of Spotify's new bespoke typeface introduced in their latest update is "Spotify Mix." This typeface replaces the Circular typeface previously used across Spotify’s app and desktop experiences.
