Star Wars Themed Total War Game Reportedly In Development

Creative Assembly, known for the Total War series, is reportedly developing a new game titled Total War: Star Wars. This project, which has been in the works since at least October 2023, is one of three new games the studio is currently developing. The game aims to bring strategic gameplay to the Star Wars universe, a concept previously explored in games like Empire at War and Force Commander. Additionally, another Star Wars strategy game by EA and Bit Reactor is also in development, indicating a renewed focus on strategy within the Star Wars franchise.
