

T-Mobile has finalized its acquisition of Mint Mobile, along with Ka’ena Corporation and its subsidiaries, Ultra Mobile and Plum. Mint will maintain its $15/month plan and introduce T-Mobile perks, while Ultra Mobile users will receive enhanced data options in Mexico and free Canada roaming. The $1.35 billion deal, approved by the FCC, marks T-Mobile's reentry into the prepaid market, having previously sold Boost Mobile. Mint founders David Glickman and Rizwan Kassim will join T-Mobile, with Ryan Reynolds continuing as Mint’s ambassador.
