Tacos and burritos are sandwiches, according to an Indiana judge

This ruling by Judge Craig Bobay of Allen County Superior Court came during a zoning dispute involving developer Martin Quintana's bid to open a restaurant in Fort Wayne. The local plan commission had initially denied Quintana's proposal, arguing that his menu didn't meet the strip mall's criteria for serving "Subway-style" sandwiches. However, the judge's decision supports Quintana's view that his Mexican-style menu items fit the sandwich category, clearing the way for his restaurant's opening.
