Elizabeth Holmes, the former CEO of Theranos, has had her prison sentence reduced again, now set for release on August 16, 2032. Initially sentenced in 2022 to over 11 years for defrauding investors, Holmes's sentence has been shortened due to factors like good conduct. This marks the second reduction, with the latest adjustment shaving off more than four months. Holmes is currently appealing her conviction, with hearings scheduled for June 2023.
