Things to do once you get One UI 6.1 on your Galaxy phone

Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 6.1 update for its 2021 and 2022 flagship phones, including the Galaxy Z3, Z4, S21, and S22 series, initially available only in Korea. This update introduces new features and changes, such as hidden Notification Categories which can be re-enabled, and the removal of Samsung navigation gestures, replaced by Google's or on-screen buttons unless restored using Good Lock in supported markets.

The update also brings Galaxy AI features to older flagship models, enhancing functionality with tools like Generative Wallpaper, Generative Edit, and Circle to Search. However, the availability of features varies between the 2021 and 2022 models. Users can manage these AI features through the "Advanced intelligence" settings to boost productivity and customize their experience.
