Two JRPGs, Runa and Alzara: Radiant Echoes, have seen remarkable success on Kickstarter. Runa, blending elements from Xenoblade Chronicles and Persona, surpassed its funding goal by 750%, raising over $375,000. It achieved several stretch goals, including additional mini-games and English voice acting. Meanwhile, Alzara, inspired by Final Fantasy 9 and Golden Sun, reached its funding target in less than 48 hours and continues to gain support, with potential involvement from composer Motoi Sakuraba if further goals are met.
