Massachusetts rideshare drivers will receive company-provided benefits and a minimum pay of $32.50 per hour starting August 15th. They will also get yearly inflation-based pay raises, up to 40 hours of sick leave a year (paid at $20 per hour), stipends for healthcare and state family/medical leave program, and coverage for work-related injuries.
